1. How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply contact us directly at [email protected]
Please read through to our Terms & Conditions before placing an order.
2. When is the earliest booking date for my order?
We welcome booking of order not more than two months prior to the delivery date.
For orders above $500, booking can be done at most three months prior to the delivery date.
3. How many days in advance should I place my order?
For small orders below $100, 5-7 working days advance notice is required.
For orders above $100, 7-14 working days advance notice is required.
For pull-apart cake order, it is advisable to place your order with at least 2 weeks' notice.
For urgent orders, please contact us to enquire. (Subject to a fee charge for orders made less than 7 working days)
4. What is your payment structure?
Mode of payment: PayNow / Paylah
Please note that orders are only confirmed when full payment is received by cut-off date given.
5. Do you provide delivery service?
Yes, we provide delivery service. Our delivery timing is from 8am to 8pm.
Free delivery for orders above $300.
For orders under $300, delivery charge applies ranging from $5 - $25 depending on location. Additional charges apply during peak hours (Morning 8am to 10:30am and Evening 5:30pm onwards)

6. Do you make customised cakes?
Instead of customisation of cakes, The Petite Sweets believes in providing personalised service that caters to every individual need and budget accordingly.
Our personalised services include personalised cakes, packaging box and design tags.
For personalised cakes, please refer to the section on pull apart personalised cakes.
7. Are your cakes Halal?
We are not Halal certified. However, we make use of Halal ingredients in our food preparation that do not contain alcohol/pork/lard.
8. What cake size is appropriate for my party?
For our classic cream cakes, it comes in 7’’ round.
Our 7’’ cake can serve 6 to 8 people generally.
For other sizes and shapes, do enquire with us.
Try our pull-apart cake that can cater accordingly to the number of guests you intend to invite. In addition, it saves your hustle in finding a knife and cutting of the cake.
For our Tray cakes, the recommended servings are as follows:

Yes, you are only allowed to make a one-time amendment by contacting us at [email protected] (**Please quote your invoice number).
For amendment made not less than 5 days prior to the collection date, no charge will incur.
Please note that for any amendment made less than 5 days prior to the collection date, there will be a 10% imposed charge off your total cost.
10. Can I cancel a confirmed order?
Cancellation of order is not allowed. You may change the collection date or make any amendment (kindly refer to T&C for amendment details) as required by contacting at [email protected] (**Please quote your invoice number).
11. How long can I keep my cake?
Our cakes are freshly made on the day itself. It is advisable to our customers that the cakes should be consumed on the date of delivery or keep it for not more than 2 days. As our cakes contain fresh cream, please store your cake in the chiller at (<5̊c) cold temperature and try not leave it in room temperature for more than one hour.
