All cakes are best consumed on the day of purchase/delivery.
There are no preservatives or artificial ingredients added to Petite Sweets Products.
Ordered items must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if no errors/discrepancies are raised immediately upon delivery or collection. We will not be accountable for any damages after the products have been handled to the customers. Petite Sweets reserves the right not to entertain any further complaints thereafter. There will not be any refund, discount or exchange.
Cake Ordering
All our cake prices are final with no hidden charges.
Orders are only confirmed when full payment is received by cut-off date given.
For urgent orders, a surcharge fee may apply on top of the total cost. Cake designs and appearances are subject to slight variations from actual product due to possible discrepancies in photo to screen resolution.
There may be slight changes to our cake designs and sweetness due to the availability of seasonal fruits/decorative accessories. We reserve the right to substitute, change, accept or reject any orders/amendments.
Payment
Payment must be made in full upon ordering.
We only accept payment via PayNow / Paylah with invoice as receipt proof.
All payments are non-refundable for all confirmed orders.
Cancellation & Amendments of Orders
All payments are non-refundable for all confirmed orders. In any case of cancellation, full amount of the order will be forfeited. We allow a one-time amendment for your orders by contacting us at least 5 days in advance prior to your collection/delivery date. In any case, for urgent amendment of orders of not less than 5 working days, a 10% charge will be payable on top of the total cost price of your order.
Amendment includes changing the size/shape of the cakes, changing the collection date/time of the order, changing the delivery location/time, and changing the flavour of cake/pastries.
We reserve the right to charge an amendment fee, and the paid amount to the orders.
Candles request
Complimentary candles will be provided for every cake/pull apart cake order when requested by the customers. Note that we only provide up to a maximum of 9 big candles and 9 small candles for every cake ordered.
For special number’s candles, there will be payment incurred accordingly.
Word writing on the cake
Writing of wordings on the cake is applicable when requested by the customers. Do note that due to space constraint on the cake surface/cookie, lengthy wording may not be accommodated. We reserve the right to accept or reject any request of words writing to the cake/cookie.
Cake Delivery
Delivery service will be arranged upon request and subjected to availability, location and schedule.
Please note that we do not deliver to protected/restricted areas and Jurong Island. Delivery fee is chargeable for each location.
In the event if there is no recipient for any reason upon delivery, the order will be sent back to our shop to arrange for a new delivery (charges applies). No request of refund or exchange will be considered.
The exact time of delivery cannot be fixed.
Delivery time could be affected due to bad weather or traffic conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control. We require a full detail of the delivery address, date and time requested, name and contact number of the recipient for a successful delivery.
No dry ice and cutlery will be provided for any delivery.
